Job Summary

Container Status Analyst is a critical support position for digital logistics accuracy.

This role ensures all container movements are validated, timestamped, and tracked using internal tools. Analysts maintain clean data, prevent scheduling errors, and build readiness for advanced dispatch roles.

Responsibilities

Container Status Analyst is responsible for keeping our container data reliable and real-time.

Verify delivery and pickup records across multiple internal systems
Track inventory by container ID, status, and availability in shared platforms
Audit daily service tickets for accuracy and consistency
Flag and resolve mismatches between physical delivery and digital logs
Update condition logs using photo entries and hauler reports
Monitor live GPS updates and coordinate with drivers as needed
Maintain internal reports that support performance metrics and QA

Requirements

Container Status Analyst is detail-driven, tech-comfortable, and reliable under pressure.

1 year experience in a clerical, logistics, or scheduling support role
Strong attention to data consistency, detail, and time-tracking
Ability to learn and operate shared software systems
Good written communication for logging and reporting tasks
Comfort with mobile apps, spreadsheets, and cloud tools
Calm multitasking under live coordination pressure
Reliable attendance and accountability mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Container Status Analyst is even more effective with added skills in logistics or analysis.

Familiarity with dispatch or field service platforms
Interest in quality assurance, operations, or team coordination
Problem-solving focus with follow-through

Work Schedule and Compensation

Container Status Analyst is a full-time role with weekday hours and pay based on experience.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional flexibility for special updates or coordination tasks.

$17–$21 per hour depending on experience.
