Job Summary

Customer Support Dispatcher is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that powers same-day responsiveness and jobsite clarity.
You’ll manage real-time changes, handle inbound updates, and direct crews with calm confidence. What you do behind the screen keeps our teams on time and our customers in the loop.

Responsibilities

Customer Support Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating time-critical updates across platforms and people.
  • Answer and resolve live customer questions by phone and message
  • Confirm access, drop zones, and readiness for scheduled services
  • Update timelines and task notes inside ServiceTitan
  • Communicate urgent schedule changes to drivers and crew leads
  • Send reminders and check-ins through Microsoft Teams
  • Flag and escalate scheduling conflicts to the route manager
  • Keep digital records accurate, timestamped, and consistent

Requirements

Customer Support Dispatcher is expected to bring focus, composure, and a service-first mindset to every shift.
  • 1 year experience in a customer-facing or dispatch role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think clearly and act quickly under time pressure
  • Comfortable using platforms like ServiceTitan, Teams, or similar tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to own your part of the workflow
  • Attentive to detail and proactive in preventing mistakes
  • Willingness to work as part of a tight, cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications

Customer Support Dispatcher is even stronger with added skills and growth potential.
  • Familiarity with field service platforms and routing logic
  • Ability to de-escalate high-stress calls with empathy and efficiency
  • Interest in route planning, logistics, or operations coordination

Work Schedule and Compensation

Customer Support Dispatcher is a full-time position with consistent hours and growth-minded pay.
Most weeks run 40 hours across daytime shifts, with occasional coverage flexibility during peak demand.
$17–$21 per hour depending on experience.
