Job Summary

This full-time dispatch support role oversees container movement through live coordination with partner haulers, adapting plans based on current conditions. It directly impacts our ability to deliver on-time service with minimal delays.
Responsibilities
Roll-Off Coordinator is responsible for organizing and adjusting container dispatch throughout the day.
- Prioritize and assign delivery and pickup requests to ensure on-time completion
- Monitor real-time driver progress and adjust routes using dispatch software
- Communicate with haulers, customers, and field contacts to resolve timing issues
- Update and track job status in platforms like ServiceTitan and Route4Me
- Balance container availability across zones to avoid service gaps
- Flag and reroute high-priority orders during traffic or volume changes
- Maintain accurate digital records and support internal reporting needs
Requirements
Roll-Off Coordinator is a systems-minded communicator who thrives in a real-time operations setting.
- 1 year experience in dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination
- Strong multitasking skills with clear, concise communication
- Familiarity with digital tools, especially route and job tracking platforms
- Ability to stay calm and focused under time-sensitive conditions
- Attention to detail in both data entry and verbal updates
- Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
Preferred Qualifications

Work Schedule and Compensation
